Meet Dr. Bradley Ryan
Dr. Bradley Ryan has been blessed to serve the people in Fredericksburg, VA, and surrounding area for 17 years. He strongly believes in providing the best care that a patient needs. Throughout his career, this is what he’s been pushing to do. And after working for renowned hospitals, Dr. Ryan has finally opened up his own practice to fully grasp and enact his mission.
His Practice
Dr. Ryan’s practice focuses on the delivery of surgical care with a focus on positive outcomes produced with minimal invasion and rapid recovery so that his patients may have their problems corrected with the least inconvenience possible. Facilitated by a conversion to robotic surgery in 2016, Dr. Ryan continues to incorporate practices that successfully treat surgical pathology characterized by both success and a rapid return to normal eating, recreating, and working.
His Background
After growing up in Liberty, TX, Dr. Ryan attended Harvard University where he received his undergraduate degree in the liberal arts. He obtained his doctorate in medicine at the University of Texas in Houston, TX. At Emory University in Atlanta, GA, he both completed his residency in General Surgery, and also met his wife, Natalie, with whom he moved to Fredericksburg with in 2006. They now have five beautiful children and have grown to love their local friends and community.

Hillary O’Connell
Practice Manager
Hillary has worked alongside Dr. Ryan for the last 12 years as his nurse. She graduated from Eastern Career College of Virginia in 2008. Her nursing experience includes 17 years specializing in the surgery, ER, psychiatry, medical surgical, and gastroenterology. She lives in King William County with her husband, their 6 children, and 2 Great Danes.
Bobbie Hall
Front Office Manager
Bobbie has been working in the medical field for nineteen years. She started her career in healthcare working with Alzheimer’s patients at an assisted living facility where she provided quality care for fourteen years. She then pursued office administrative work with a general surgery practice. Bobbie has worked with Dr. Ryan for the past three years. Bobbie really enjoys interacting with the patients and loves what she does. If Bobbie isn’t working, she’s spending time with her family. Bobbie and her husband live in Fredericksburg with their two kids and their dog.
